Many of tips are pretty self explanatory but its never a bad thing to have them re-enforced in my mind to help me remember them. That being said I did learn many new ideas and can't wait to implement them into my day to day life.

This book contains a great amount of different tips to implement on your daily life to start your way on losing some weight the tips are not hard to achieve and there are easy to do everyday, in this way you dont feel like you are being push more that you can hadle.
